Terms governing use of the Magnolia Hub Consulting website and engagement of our succession planning consultations.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing toolkitmagnoliahub.click (“the Site”) or engaging Magnolia Hub Consulting Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Services
Magnolia Hub Consulting provides succession planning consultations and advisory services to established local business owners. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Formal engagements are governed by separate engagement letters.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Magnolia Hub Consulting Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
4. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information through contact forms, or use the Site in any way that could harm us, our clients, or third parties.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
